Why don't I gain any muscle m?
Hello I am 17, turning 18 soon, and I been going to the gym around 7 months now but I have basically not gained any muscle m, just strength, I started curling 15 pounds hardly and benching 65 and weighted around 130 pounds, 5 months later I after working out I am curling 40s and benching 160 (not max). I wish I could post pictures but I have literally gained 16 pounds and I look basically the same as before?! So how is this possible when I am eating at least 7 meals a day, a typical day starts out with Eggs, cereal or Oatmeal, bread, and a fruit, I eat something at school a pizza or a hamburger and than after school I eat 2 (Steaks, Chicken, Pork, Fish), some high calorie and fiber soup, rice or mashed potatoes, a salad and than before hitting the gym a plate of pasta with meat or just tomato sauce. After the gym I drink protein shake with 60 grams of protein and 1000 calories with my dinner witch usually consist of two very well made sandwiches and a had full of almonds. Ive tried Creatine, ha-sent worked, Ive tried every exercise from P90X to all possible type of repetitions like more weight less repetitions, More weight and more repetitions, less weight more repetitions, and nothing seems to get me bigger, Ive also tried doing cardio before weights, cardio after weights, swimming, and spinning cles but nothing has worked. PLEASE HELP
