What can i do? Dogs? Help?

Thanks. I love my dog but i want anoher one should i get one or not? My other dog is a jerk to my other one he stepped on it and steals stuff should i take that one to a shelter? Should i get another dog? I dont want to be cruel sorry. Help! I have a old dog and he steals stuff from uss and my other dog. I dont want to get rid of my new one and i wont. He steals my puppys bones steps on him growls at him as well. I dont know what to do. Do i take it to a shelter? DO i give it to a better home? I want another dog but cant have three but also cant have a dog that might killl or hurt my neew puppy. What can i do? I want another dog but can have 3 so do i take the other one to the shelter? BEcuase i ignore it and dont play with it i think it could go to a better home. Pleae help me. What do i do? I want a nother dog but dont want to get rid of the puppy he was at a pet store for three months. ANd i cant get rid of the new one becuase its my moms she will be crushed. HELP IM ONLY 13
