When is airfare to Manila, Philippines cheapest? (LAX to MLA)?

All airfares are high now LOL! I have noticed that the prices are historically cheap when u buy around December for travel to the Phils during their summertime(feb.march.april/may) however if u wait too long these fares will also climb very high.
