Why does everyone think the Cowboys are a sure bet for the NFC East?

They just triumphed in a pathetic division last year with the Giants plagued by injuries, Eagles as well had a shot offensive line. So why is everyone picking Dallas to win? They don't even look impressive. Oh and i forgot about the Redskins...lol, who cares?
