Good snow tires for a 2000 Accord EX coupe 4 CYL? ?

Wal mart has fairly inexpensive steel wheels, they also sell Dunlop Graspix, they are rated slightly below the Blizzak WS-60 and Michelin X-ice but not by much and are quite a bit less expensive.
