Guy problems these days ??

I know i have asked something like this before but help me please ! ok so i really like this guy..we work together. When he first started working i totally ignored him and was rude,but for the past few months we have really changed. We goof around alot. I think he likes me but i am not sure ? He always hits and chases me with a broom,or runs into me on purpose and bumps elbows and randomly makes fun of me..example = we will be talking and all of a sudden he says whats that i hear a fly wow i gotta tell your dad about this fly problem. But i cant tell if he likes me,and if he did its hard for us to date because my dad is the boss and my dad is strict....please help !
