Roommate has a girlfriend yet is all over me. What should I do?

You can't have your cake and eat it too.This girl needs to make a decision as to who she wants to have a relationship with.I would have a talk with her and tell her that she needs to make up her mind,one way or another.Just my thoughts because no doubt,someone is going to get hurt in the end when 3 people are involved.
