I need help complain about a teacher to my conselor?

First of all, I need to ask, what do you hope to accomplish by complaining? I am not saying not to complain, you just are going to need to have a clear idea of what you want to have happen before you go in as you will likely be asked. It sounds like you either have two long term subs, teachers who are trying alternative rout to licensure or new teachers who struggle with teaching methods. They are both likely struggling teachers and I would first suggest you give them the respect of addressing your concerns with them. Be careful not to be critical and let both of them know that while you enjoy his and her cl that there are some things that you are struggling with. If this yields not effect, then go to the councilor.
