2008 kia sedona oil leak/seep from top of engine...wheres it coming from?

oil is pooling on the top of the engine underneath and to the right of the oil filter. I checked the filter cover and it is tight. The oil level is about 1 quart low. I added one quart, cleaned the top of the engine best I could and let my wife drive it this morning....same result...pooling again. the engine only has a little over 30k on it.
