I've been thinking about moving to Monaco ever since I read all those books on Princess Grace.?

Is it true there are no income taxes? As an American, no taxes sounds great. However, what kind of work is available there? Would I have to speak French? Tell me about it, or, suggest another place I might like better. I love the ocean and the countryside.
