Is my Stepmom Insane?!?!?

I'm 15 and I think my stepmom is a total ***** that has to be in control of everything. Me and my little brother can't bring our clothes that they/ I bought over to my moms apartment whenever we stay with her. So sometimes we have to wear dirty clothes over there, and no shoes at times. I've also been grounded for 6 months because I made one D on my report card, and even though I ped she said i'm going to summer school. There was also one time when my mom was dropping me and my brother off to my dads. We got there at around 4:30pm, and apparently the "papers" say 5:00pm, so she kicked us out of the house for an hour just because we were 30 minutes early. She also puts nametags on all the food in our pantry, almost half of the stuff has her and my dads name on it, and like 10% has our name on it. She totally treats my brother (who is autistic) like ****. It's not like i'm a bad kid. I don't do drugs or drink or go out partying or have , why am I being punished as if I do. These are just a few of the many things that she does, is it just me? I'm sick of feeling like stranger in my own home that I've been in for 10 years, and being treated like managerial property instead of a teenager who's growing up.
