It is time for the baby registry! Share your ideas?!?

I am 5 months along and it is time to start my baby registry. I have a pretty good idea on the items to add. My question is: I would like to know of anything that you liked/needed the most that you got that you didn't ask for? Thanks for the help! It is a boy and the theme is winnie the pooh if that matters at all!
