Wheres a good place 2 get your nose pierced in west bend WI?

I'm only 15 but my mom will go with me but i cant find a good place that is inexpensive but is safe. If you know of any places where i can go, being only 15, to get my nose pierced near West Bend, please let me know.....if you know the prices that would be helpful too. Thanks
