Y= 10x+5 What is a reasonable domain and range? Is this continuous or discrete?

I was thinking the domain is any rational number and range would be any rational odd number. Would that be correct. Also, is my function continuous or discrete? How can I tell? I thought it would have to be an inequality to be continuous, but since there is no specified range, could it be continuous?
