Does he like me back?

There is this boy I know Dustin. He is in my chem and gov. cles. I have known him for about 6 years and have liked him for 3 years now. Most the time he is nice to me except when he is front of his friends. Who think they are rulers of the world. I think he is hot but some people say he's gay which i know is not true. He asked me to do a homework ignment in gov. cl and let him copy it. If he would not have asked me to do it I would not have done it at all. He is not taking advantage of me. He rarely ever does that. Do u think he likes me back and how can I get him?
