Question about photoshop gradients?

i just downloaded a pack of about 200 photoshop gradients to a folder in my desktop, loaded them into photoshop, then deleted the folder on my desktop. i was wondering if these will still take up memory on my computer? if so, is it a lot of memory?

Difficult tooth extraction?

3 days ago had 2 emergency extractions. Two of my teeth had abscessed and they had to remove them. The bottom tooth took almost 2 hours to remove. The dentist ended up drilling the tooth and taking it out root by root.The dentist put me on penicillin vk 500 mg 3x per day and 500mg Lortab for pain (i can't take NSAID pain relievers like motrin) I do not have a fever or face swelling and I don't have dry socket. However, I am still in extreme pain. The pain isn't responding to pain killers.I am doing my warm salt water rinses. but I am in agony. The dentist office is telling me it was a difficult extraction and there isn't anything wrong with the extraction sites. Has anyone else every had this problem? If so, what did you do for it? I haven't slept in 2 days!

I've tried so many times to make an authentic B & T and I even have a pour over turtle thing for pint gles , but the density of the beers just doesn't want to cooperate with me. Guiness is supposed to be less dense and float on the B, the same with something like murphy's irish stout and harp. These mix pretty quickly. Bad situation during school lunch! Help!?

Okay, so I'm new to this school and don't really have many friends. I mean, I've got like 2 good ones but they don't have the same lunch as I do. Anyway, I have no one to sit with at lunch and I hate sitting alone! Once I asked this group of girls if I could sit with them and they agreed. How do I get rid of Cigarette Smoke in my Apartment?

I always find it refreshing to hear positive accounts of the war coming from our soldiers. I try to ignore our politicians against the war. I also ignore the news when they try to dramatize the bombing of the day over there. I have 2 cousins, and uncle, and a brother in law that are all marines. My 2 cousins and my brother in law are serving in Iraq on their second tour right now. It always makes me feel good when me and my wife get letters from them telling us what they really are doing over there, and how important it is to complete their mission. In their letters they talk about similar things this soldier is talking about in his letter. People who say Iraq doesn't pose a threat to our country are very naive and uneducated and obviously don't know anyone that has served in this war. God bless our soldiers. Hopefully they can accomplish their mission and come home soon. Until then, continue to kick some ***.

In the coldest months of the winter, I noticed that a pigeon had layed 2 eggs on my 11th floor balcony - overlooking Lake Erie. Admittedly, it was an interesting family arrangement. 4 birds actually sat on the eggs - a coal black one, a pure white one, one of the typical grey/white one, and one that was the most beautiful aqua you've ever seen. Well, I've not seen birds have babies since I was a little girl and how would I turn them out (and where??) in 0 degree weather? I knew eventually new life would hatch through, learn to fly and the entire group of surrogate mothers and babies would be gone forever. Now, they had made their "nest" out of very petite 6" twigs in a pot of soil that had been left on the balcony after gardening season was over - just like I've done for 5 years - but this was the first time I'd found myself monitoring a true nursery. True to form, the eggs hatched, actually quite adorable birds were born, they grew healthy and strong (who wouldn't with 4 mommies feeding them) and FINALLY they learned to fly and were gone. NOW, here's the problem - the pigeons (adults) just keep coming back every day, 4-5 times a day and I don't want the problems they bring with them. My son gets frustrated with crawling...?

My son 8 and a half months and he just starting doing the whole rocking thing. He too will get frustrated when he falls but instead he will plant his face on the ground and push is up in the air and push forward. He looks like a inch worm! Thank god I put a blanket down or he will have rug burn all over his face. But my friends son took him a couple of weeks at the most to crawl. This question is for my wife. A few months ago, she had to go to the hospital because she thought she was having a heart attack. Her pulse was 145. They gave her xanax and sent her home. She went to the doctor, telling her that her heart was racing for no reason. The dr did blood work and then put her on a beta blocker which seemed to help. Shortly after that, her gall bladder started acting up. For the next few months, waiting for the surgery, she noticed that every time she ate bread, her heart would race. We figured it had something to do with her gall bladder because after she had it removed, no more racing heart. To the point that the beta blocker was making her pulse and bp to low so she had to quit taking it. A few weeks ago, we found out she was pregnant, and once again, every time she eats bread, her heart races. She mentioned it to her dr and she just looked at her like she was crazy. So has anyone else had this problem? It really only seems to happen when she eats bread.

As a survivor of childhood ual abuse and a user of multiple addiction support grips, I'm in need of a local dual depency group. If you really love college then maybe you should go to the deaf college with your friends? Debt isn't that bad, it's kind of like a cold swimming pool. At first it's terrifying, but once you get in it you tend to get used to it. Then again, I don't have the same problems you have so if I was in your shoes I might be hesitant to go into debt just like you are. Have you considered a cheap, fast, training program with minimal investment of time and resources? I just got my EKG certificate so I can work as an EKG technician. Only one semester, one hour a week. You might consider a brief program like that and with a credential there would be less pressure at an interview because you have a marketable skill. Also, I would suggest you try using your disadvantages to your advantage. Meaning, there are government programs you can apply for being challenged and they can help you find a training program and job that is right for you. If they like your test scores and application, they may even provide training costs. 'The Department of Rehabilitation' is a good source. Another benefit to having a disability, is nature's way of making up for short comings with other strengths. While your speaking and communication lack, your writing is excellent. Hello I am 17, turning 18 soon, and I been going to the gym around 7 months now but I have basically not gained any muscle m, just strength, I started curling 15 pounds hardly and benching 65 and weighted around 130 pounds, 5 months later I after working out I am curling 40s and benching 160 (not max). I wish I could post pictures but I have literally gained 16 pounds and I look basically the same as before?! So how is this possible when I am eating at least 7 meals a day, a typical day starts out with Eggs, cereal or Oatmeal, bread, and a fruit, I eat something at school a pizza or a hamburger and than after school I eat 2 (Steaks, Chicken, Pork, Fish), some high calorie and fiber soup, rice or mashed potatoes, a salad and than before hitting the gym a plate of pasta with meat or just tomato sauce. After the gym I drink protein shake with 60 grams of protein and 1000 calories with my dinner witch usually consist of two very well made sandwiches and a had full of almonds. Ive tried Creatine, ha-sent worked, Ive tried every exercise from P90X to all possible type of repetitions like more weight less repetitions, More weight and more repetitions, less weight more repetitions, and nothing seems to get me bigger, Ive also tried doing cardio before weights, cardio after weights, swimming, and spinning cles but nothing has worked. PLEASE HELP

2008 kia sedona oil leak/seep from top of engine...wheres it coming from?

oil is pooling on the top of the engine underneath and to the right of the oil filter. I checked the filter cover and it is tight. The oil level is about 1 quart low. I have been having non stop diarrhea for 2 days any advice?

So about 3 days ago I had a heavy feeling in my stomach. Like a full sponge or something. Then same day my bowels were really weird. Not diarrhea but irregular. Yesterday I had diarrhea about every 15 minutes. Everytime I eat something it turns to liquid. I tried Kaopectate an anti-diarrheal and upset stomach reliever but it didn't seem to help much. I went to bed and through out the night got woken up by the disgsting bubbling in my stomach. Today has been the same problem. Another thing yesterday when I was having problems it was a cloudy color almost clear. Today its like black. I have been trying to drink lots of fluid to flush it out but nothing seems to help. I'm 15 and I think my stepmom is a total ***** that has to be in control of everything. Me and my little brother can't bring our clothes that they/ I bought over to my moms apartment whenever we stay with her. So sometimes we have to wear dirty clothes over there, and no shoes at times. I've also been grounded for 6 months because I made one D on my report card, and even though I ped she said i'm going to summer school. There was also one time when my mom was dropping me and my brother off to my dads. We got there at around 4:30pm, and apparently the "papers" say 5:00pm, so she kicked us out of the house for an hour just because we were 30 minutes early. She also puts nametags on all the food in our pantry, almost half of the stuff has her and my dads name on it, and like 10% has our name on it. She totally treats my brother (who is autistic) like ****. It's not like i'm a bad kid. I don't do drugs or drink or go out partying or have , why am I being punished as if I do. These are just a few of the many things that she does, is it just me? I'm sick of feeling like stranger in my own home that I've been in for 10 years, and being treated like managerial property instead of a teenager who's growing up.

Black flashes while watching dvds?

Every time that I watch a DVD using my 5 disc dvd changer that is part of my surround sound system, a black flash come across my screen about once a minute. The sound continues to play through the black flash, and the video doesn't lag afterwords, but the flash is pretty annoying and lasts about a full second. Sometimes, some lighter pixels (white and green mostly) that are in the shape of images on the screen will flash right before the black flash. Does anyone know what the cause of this issue is and if there is a way to fix it. I already tried getting a new HDMI cable, but it didn't change anything.

Father diagnosed with shingles on side of his face? When do blisters break?

My father has shingles on the side of his face and eye. He has the blisters and is taking medications prescribed etc. for about three days now, but the blisters do not appear to be ready to break. Let her know if she acts up again, you will report her to the landlord. Treating scalp psoriasis while feeding?

Have any of you used T/Gel or T/Sal shampoos while feeding? I have terrible scalp psoriasis and am wondering if these are fine to use... I've used them before I was pregnant and would like to use them again. I was formerly using a prescription shampoo but I lost my health insurance and can't afford it anymore. I need to go to the pharmacy later and will ask the pharmacist while I am there but I am just curious now. Other milder shampoos like Head and Shoulders or Selsun Blue, which I know are safe during feeding, don't work at all for me. My scalp is driving me crazy!!

Why are girls so mean to each other?

So I'm a 21 year old girl, with two older brothers, and have very few close girlfriends that normally hang around guys like I do. When I was younger, I suppose I was just more comfortable with guys because I had two older brothers. As I got older though, and became more in touch with my femininity I wanted to have a bigger group of girlfriends, and have girl nights! I found however that when a group of girls get close to each other, they're extraordinarily not nice, when looking deeper than surface level, though when first getting to know them they seem like sweethearts. They gossip about their close friends, and put down girls they find less pretty than them, and talk about how they're jealous about prettier girls when they are not there. In addition, the ones that have boyfriends spend so much time talking about their significant other. They're also extremely cliqu�y, judegemental and close-minded - and I feel like they try to maintain and conform to chauvinistic and traditional conventions of women. It really bothers me, being a young woman, as I find guys so much more honest, open-minded and easier to talk to. I feel like I can be myself with my close guy friends and those few girls that don't follow social convention of how women should behave and not be judged or criticised or talked badly behind my back. I know not all women are like that - as I have few close girl friends that are not. I just really don't understand where women are coming from when they complain about objectification and ism, about men, and tend to behave in ways that attack one another. I also find the loyalty value is missing for women. I have a close guy friend I've known all my life and when I introduced her to a new girl friend I recently met, she tried to subtly cut me out and get closer to him. I find that happens a lot too, in which girls try to put each other down or cut each other out just to get closer to a guy. It makes me sick. P.S. I'm entirely straight, and my friends all consider me extremely feminine, which is a big reason why I'm so confused. Can someone clarify the mindset of women (in general) for me?

My 2-1/2-year-old refuses to eat & sleep?

My daughter, since she was 1-month-old, never liked baby food etc and waked throughout most nights in her 1st year. Now, her pattern hasnt changed much. She still doesnt like food or fruits, no matter what or how attactive i serve them with even a variety..I always have to spoon feed her to ensure she is nourished. She will never sit and consume 1 meal a day or something. I still have to blend or grind fruits to make sure she it in her diet. She was feed only for 2 years and i have cut down to maybe only once or none a day so she refuses to drink regular milk overall along with disliking to eat food, fruits...she doesnt even like cookies, cakes, chocolates etc...only once my husband offered her a sweetie and she liked that and continued asking for it when she rememberes..obviouly i try to keep her away from direct sweetie..An hour will p and she will still have the milk in her hands until it eventually spills. Everynight she falls asleep after 11 pm and will wake from 5 am crying for breatsmilk and i ask her if she is hungry she says no she doesnt want food or that milk..ive tried on several occasion not to give her and she would cry incessantly. She woudnt even munch on a fruit or cookie. I have a niece and nephew her age who, from baby, would eat anything that comes their way. Another prob is that she is only says 'no' to all my statement or questions..She doesnt like to clean up after she plays. Only if i cleaning and ask her to help me then she might.. When she is playing with other kids or ppl she insists on getting something that they have if she likes whatever theyve got and will whine or cry incessantly until she gets it..if not, she still will continue crying ...I think of her as a whiny, spoiled child and i feel discouraged as a parent or failed as a mother, seeing my very own sisters not having to deal with this from as early as 1-month-old. Any advice would be greatl appreciated and thanx.

I have some floating aquatic plants that may have snail eggs on them. Will unconditioned tap water kill them? Will it harm the plants? You obviously have no understanding of an ecosystem....invasive plants and animals wipe out the native species that have a place or "niche" in that particular habitat. If these animals are harmed or disapper, they in turn affect other animal/plant populations and so on, and so on.... Has anyone suffered anxiety and agoraphobia, and found something helpful to get over it besides medicine?

I also suffer from anxiety disorder and agoraphobia. I'm still working on a lot with my therapist, and i've made a little progress that i can share with you. As far as the anxiety goes i have found slow breathing exercises to be very helpful. Take in a slow deep breath. Hold it for 5-7 seconds. Then slowly exhale. Repeat this until your anxiety subsides. I also have CD's that have the sound of rain and the ocean which i find very comforting. I also bought myself this thing that has a little waterfall and the running water can be very soothing. I have a really hard time going outside. There are a few things that have helped me with this. First off, i always try to prepare for the appointment by asking someone i trust to go with me. Usually it's my son, and he's more than happy to go with me to medical appointments. Another thing that has helped me is to join groups with people who suffer as i do, and we provide support for each other. I have a case manager who helps me through it all. Plus, a very caring therapist who is willing to come in my home 2 x"s a week, and who is very patient and understanding. I hope this helps you a little. Good luck and God Bless!

not with your current setup. You'd at least need an off the camera/hotshoe flash that can be pointed away from the subject and/or bounced off the ceiling or wall etc.etc. Your best bet would be to check out Scott Kelby's books at the amazon link below. I'm an amateur photographer as well, and he has helped immensely in getting my photography better. That said, nothing will help as much as experience, so keep plugging away at it, display your pics at flickr or Pbase, get people to critique it and you'll get better. Good Luck

What do I do about this, I haven't actually been happy since the beginning of Summer?

I've gone out with this girl before, but we broke up and I was fine up until sometime last year, when I was in one of her cles, I was happier then too, but now i'm down to the point where shes the only person who can make me smile anymore, and shes with another guy. That's not the whole problem though, I haven't actually been able to have any fun all Summer due to all these rules that make me want to rip all the hair out of my head, what I'm left to do is sit in my room, playing games or thinking about how much fun I had when I was a little kid, which really doesn't help with my situation now. I'm not like the wierd-*** nerdy kid who noone likes, but im still left as the last one picked for any kind of team game, some people try to be nice to me but I just cant bring myself to say much back to them. Sometimes I can't think of anything to say at all to anyone, other times (like now) my brain is racing with things to say to the point of shaking and having a headache. which is also why this might seem a bit mixed up when reading it. I have to walk around all day at school hearing people talk about the fun theyve had everyday, while im sitting there trying my best not to listen, risking a freakout enough to make me rip my locker door off of its hinges and put it through the wall behind me. either way thats all I can think of for now, if anyone needs any clearer form of how im feeling listen to Eminem-Beautiful, that song usually helps me out a bit, also, I probably sound like any other depressed kid on here, not saying im any different from them, but, well... just go by the song and imagine yourself in my shoes, I usually dont when I'm reading these kinds of questions, but when I do, what theyre going through seems a lot clearer, I know ive been going on aimlessly for a while but I cant stop... Creepin gym teacher thinks everythign is fine...?

Okay so in gym we are playing floor hockey with oversized sticks and a small area.
